Q: What time do you deliver the meals?

 

 

Home Delivery: We make all of our deliveries between 4 pm and 9 pm on Sundays and Wednesdays. *When placing your order, the current delivery date will be stated at the top of the menu page. We use a local delivery service – Morning Moon to make sure that your goods are delivered safe and sound. The courier will simply place your foods at your doorstep in an insulated cooler bag with an ice pack. Before their departure, a quick doorbell ring will alert you that your bag has arrived! You will also receive a text message from Morning Moon confirming your delivery. Residential complex deliveries: If the courier cannot access your complex, your meals will be left at the leasing office. Please know that our delivery bags are very important to us, as they are to you, and we kindly ask for you to place your bag and ice packs back out for us to swap with a freshly filled one on your next delivery. Thank you!

Pickup Location: Your meals will be ready for pickup on Sundays and Wednesdays after 6 am. Note: To guarantee fresh – safe food, your meals will be discarded after 3 days if not picked up. Please be aware of the hours of operation for your selected pickup location, as some of our locations are not open on or may close early on Sundays. Q: Can you accommodate allergies, intolerances and aversions?

 

A: We plan our menus to allow accommodations for the following allergens/intolerances: tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. All of our meals come naturally gluten free, dairy free and egg-free. Provide us with your restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate your request. By making substitutions of meal components or duplicating allergy free meals from your order we will ensure you get a safe and delicious meal.

 

 

Q: Can I eat my meal cold?

 

A:   Feel free to dive right in! All of our meals are safe for immediate consumption when you receive them. We will specify on each meal if it is best eaten cold or hot. If there are heating instructions on the meal, we recommend heating before eating.

 

Q: How do I heat my meals?

 

A:  All of our black food boxes are BPA free, so your meals can safely be heated in the microwave – one of the best methods to maintain as many nutrients as possible. Yes, really! Heating times will always vary depending on the meal and the power of your microwave, but we recommend starting with 90 seconds, and then 30-second increments from there until the desired temperature is reached.

For optimal flavor, the oven is the best heating method. Remove your meal from the container and place in an oven safe pan. Heat in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

 

Q: What is your food philosophy?

 

A:  Quite simply we believe wholeheartedly in local, fresh, seasonal, sustainably produced, healthy foods. We always look to source the best organic local ingredients we can find. Through our diverse backgrounds in the food industry, we’ve built strong relationships with amazing local farmers that are passionate about supplying us with fantastic ingredients fresh from the farm.

Once we’ve selected the week’s freshest fare, our team of talented chefs and nutritional gurus make sure each meal is constructed for a proper balanced diet. You’ll never find any empty carbohydrates, refined sugars, unhealthy saturated or trans fats – and especially ingredients you can’t pronounce – in our delicious dishes. We don’t consider our meals diet foods, either. But we do know that when you begin to consume them consistently, you’ll feel satiated, full of energy and simply amazing.

Q: How often does the menu change?

A: We love to shake things up – so always expect a rotating variety of meals that reflect seasonal local ingredients mixed with recipes and techniques from all over the world.

Q: Do you have a referral program?

A: Yes we do! In your account dashboard you will see your referral URL. You can share this URL link by copying and pasting it into an email or a social media platform. When someone purchases from your link you will receive a coupon code for $20 off that you can use as you wish. You will find a list of your referral coupons earned in your account dashboard. We believe in our company and we know you, your friends and family will love it too.

 

Q: What do I do with the delivery bag?

 

A: For residential deliveries, your meals will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag. We appreciate you returning these bags to us. You can do so by placing it on your doorstep the night before your delivery and we will grab it when we drop off your new meal bag.
