Stock your fridge

Get a delivery once or twice a week to stock your fridge for your crew to grab while on the move.

Our delicious healthy meals are fully cooked, chilled and delivered to you at peak freshness! Your meals are made to order just for you, so you are guaranteed a high quality and tasty product every time. All is needed is a quick 2-minute heating, and you will have a restaurant quality meal to enjoy while on the go.

Along with our individual portioned pre-made meals, we provide an array of healthy hot and cold buffet catering options.

As a chef owned and operated company, we ensure your meals are equally as delicious and satisfying as they are beneficial for your health. No post-meal fatigue here! All of our meals are wholesome, dairy free and gluten free and crafted from the best local ingredients we can source. Our meats are all natural, hormone and antibiotic free.

The buffet portion size per person is equivalent to our large pre-made meal. All caterings include a seasonal salad and additional accoutrements to enhance the meal.
