Move over, boring old chicken! There's a new player in town, and it's bringing the heat. Our Chicken Carnitas Plate is all about big flavor. We start with all-natural air-chilled chicken, white and dark meat. Then we spice it up with tomatillo, chili peppers, garlic & vinegar and slow roast until it's nice and tender. Once it's shredded and mixed with all of the yummy pan juices, we add cilantro lime cauliflower rice and cumin spiced roasted carrots. To top it all off, we've got our house made dairy free queso!
